Monday's Post on Tuesday

I could use some excuse like Monday was a holiday... since the mail takes a day off, so I did too, but really I was just busy having fun and didn't feel like taking a break to post.  Especially since nobody reads this yet (haven't shared it with family or friends yet because not many people know we are trying to get pregnant). 

So in regards to weight loss and such, since I said I would post every Monday [oops] I didn't take a picture of me this week with my swimsuit on.  I figured it might look so close to the same as last week that there wasn't much point in doing that.  But I did weigh myself, much to my dismay... 174 just like last week.  I feel I have an excuse though, because it's that lovely time of the month, the time I dread since it means we are still not expecting [starting my second month of clomid today]. 

However, on the exercise front, I am SO proud of myself!  I actually exercised 6 days last week:
Monday - Run/walk - 1min run, 2 min walk rinse and repeat for 30 minutes
Tuesday - Rollerblade with hubby - about 30 minutes?
Wednesday - Run/walk - same as Monday
Thursday - Walk with dogs - 40 minutes at a good pace
Friday - 30 Day Shred - 30 minutes total... nearly die at the end!
Saturday - 30 Day Shred - Again... Wow... can't walk the rest of the weekend!

So I am very proud of myself there.  This week has started off fairly well.  Yesterday I ran/walked but this time it was 2 min running, 1 min walking... and I actually made it the entire 30 minutes!  I have yet to do anything today, but rest assured, I will get some exercise in!
