A long, long time ago...

A long, long time ago in a galaxy far away... there existed a blog semi-regularly updated... then we took in two more kiddos... and blogging came to a halt.  Since then, a lot has happened including starting preschool, having babes less than 6 months apart in age, babes learning to toddle and walk, and much, much more.  But the end result is that now our two used to be new ones are no longer with us [living with paternal aunt and husband who came out of the woodwork just as TPR was going to be decided], and our long term babe who is nearly a toddler is leaving on Friday.  He will be going back to his mom who has worked long and hard for more about nine months to get him back.

For the first time since March 28, 2012 we will be back to just the two of us.
What will we do with all our time?

• Sleep!  J was just starting to sleep through the night, but not consistently
• Garden.  Hopefully we can get ours put in soon.  I'm jealous of all my friends who have started already, but excited for them too.
• Work.  It will be easier for my hubby to pick up hours and I can focus on teaching without worrying about when to grade around nap times.  I'm currently teaching two classes this summer, but enjoying them both.
• Play.  More date nights?  Visit with first foster kiddos X and C and their family.  Vacation!
• Plan for the future.  More on this later.  We are still trying to figure out what the future holds.  After lots of frustration with S and B's case, we are uncertain if will continue fostering.  Perhaps pursue bio-children more fervently?

And that is a brief update to hopefully sum up the last few months.  Maybe now I can stop dreading the summing up of our recent life and get back to normal posts. :)
